Established in 2014, Hong Yu Real Estate and Hong Rui Real Estate are affiliated companies based in Fengyuan District, Taichung City, Taiwan. The company's chairman, Mr. Jen-Tsung Su, leads the organization full-time. With the spirit of a "people-oriented" philosophy at the core of its mission and a goal to "uphold corporate social responsibility and achieve the concept of mutual benefit." The company aims to provide comprehensive and integrated services in the real estate market by responding to the increasingly diverse demands of consumers. Hong Yu and Hong Rui Real Estate offer diversified services, including construction, residential and high-rise development and management, investment consulting, buying and selling real estate, rental assistance, interior design, and landscaping design and installation. 

Chairman:

Mr. Jen-Tsung Su, born in 1970 in Taichung, Taiwan, is the current chairman of Hong Yu Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Hong Rui Real Estate Co., Ltd. He embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of post-war Taiwan, believing that hard work, skill refinement, and fair management guarantee success. Chairman Su not only imparts these values to his children but also puts them into practice himself.

Following his military service, Chairman Su gained over a decade of experience in semiconductor-related equipment manufacturing and production and real estate-related investment and management. He has honed his interpersonal communication skills and earned expertise in high-level business management, accounting, and practical land development. These skills are highly valued in the real estate industry and have provided a solid foundation for Chairman Su's organizational development.

Chairman Su's guiding principles for organizational growth include stable management, consistent service quality, and risk reduction. These criteria have allowed for the gradual expansion of his business territory towards international development.
